There is nothing that cannot be glued. But in our case, we basically look for gluing paper and board. But still the demands on glue are nearly unlimited. There is no simple answer to the question: What kind of glue is the best? White glue, cold glue, dispersion glue, animal glue, paste, fish glue, hot glue, hotmelt, starch, PUR, synthetic resin glue, pellets, gelatine etc. are variations of glue. Being used as casing-in glue, laminating glue, block-binding glue, general glue etc. Thereby always depending on the type of material being glued (printed, unprinted, coated, uncoated, diffunding moisture...) and the way of using the glue (mechanical, manually) or the environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, pressure). On top there are many individual or neccessary properties like wet time, reversibility, ''tack''.... You got it?
