How do I order online?
You simply search for your products, add your preferences into your cart and proceed to the checkout. Here you can decide if you want to open a web-account or not. A web-account gives you a lot of advantages for your regular shopping: Your data is saved and you could easily change data by yourself. You could use a wish list and see your latest orders as well as the status of your current orders. Owners of a customer account may buy on open account from the second order on.
If you do not open a customer account, we will use your data for processing your order only.
Is there a way to buy directly in your shop in Hamburg?
Basically, yes. But please bear in mind, that we are a wholesale business and not a regular shop for office supplies. Our cash-sale has opened Mon-Thur from 8 a.m. - 4.30 p.m. and Fri from 8 a.m. - 2.30 p.m.
Could you ship the goods neutral or with my own delivery note?
Yes. We can ship your order with a your or with a neutral delivery note on which you will be named as sender. Please mention it when you place your order.
I need a product in a custom color / size, is this possible?
Not in general, but for many articles we can offer you custom colors and sizes if there is a significant order quantity. Just give us your specifications by sending us our contact form, by email or phone. Please specify the color (HKS or Pantone) and give us specific data regarding sizes or design. We will come back to you shortly.
How much is the price, if I am going to order more than specified in the price table in the shop?
You could ask for special prices if the required quantities are higher than indicated in the price-list.
What kind of payment methods do you offer?
For international orders we would like to ask you for pre-payment or credit card. If this does not work for you, please contact our sales team for more information.
We have experience in international shipping and be able to ship worldwide as per your demand. Air- and seafreight as well as by truck is possible to the most locations worldwide. Our export team take care for customs declarations and all other necessary documentation.
May I have samples of your products?
Sure. You will get samples/sample cards of the most of our products. We kindly ask for your understanding, that we will supply only small quantities. If you require larger quantities, we will charge these but will credit the samples if you place an order.
You may have a swatch book with sample cards of our cloths, cover materials etc. if you like. Please understand that we will invoice this swatch book with EUR 50.- .
Do you have a printed catalogue?
Yes, but please note, that products might change daily. Current availability is shown in our webshop. If you prefer a catalogue , please give us a short notice and we are pleased to send it to you.
