Fine feathers make fine birds
And fine cases make fine books. The difference between soft- and hardcover is the different design of the book case or book cover. A softcover could hardly be named a book case, it is more similar to a brochure. The lid of a softcover book (paperback) is usually not more than a thin board. But there is an exeception to every rule. A hardcover however has a solid cover clled book case. It can be made of many differnent materials. Mostly it is been made of grey board covered with (printed) paper. But this can also be cloth, leather, parchment and many other materials. In addition there were embossings, designs etc. For the making of such cases and equal cases we have a range of machine to offer.
